Service Agreement

This Agreement is effective as of the date of booking between Soul Harmony Connection LLC ("Provider") and the individual ("Client") receiving Akashic record reading services ("Services").

Description of Services

Provider will conduct Akashic record readings using established methods to access the Akashic realm and communicate guidance from the Client's guides. Sessions are 60 minutes long and conducted via Zoom.

Payment and Pricing

The fee for a 60-minute Akashic record reading is $175. Payment is due at the time of scheduling through the Provider's website.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a reading. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will be refunded in full. No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded. By scheduling an appointment, the Client agrees to this cancellation policy.

Communication

Clients can contact the Provider via email at soulharmonyconnection@gmail.com. While the Provider generally conducts readings during normal business hours, there are no set business hours for communication.

Disclaimer

Information provided during Akashic record readings is for entertainment purposes only. The Provider communicates information received from the Akashic realm and the Client's guides, but the Client is solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on this information. The Provider is not liable for any consequences resulting from the Client's interpretation or use of the information provided.

Confidentiality

The Provider will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during readings. The Client agrees not to record, publish, or reproduce any part of the reading without the Provider's express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees that the Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries, emotional distress, or any other consequences resulting from the use of the Services.

Right to Refuse Service

The Provider reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, particularly in cases of abusive behavior or inappropriate conduct.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Modifications

This Agreement may be modified or amended if the amendment is made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
